Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty has laid down a condition for reconciling with his estranged parents, stating that forgiveness is possible but only if they demonstrate personal growth. The 31-year-old athlete, who recently wed Holly Ramsay, made it clear that his Christian faith encourages forgiveness, but it doesn't mean forgetting past hurts. Peaty's parents, Caroline and Mark, attempted to make amends after watching their son win two bronze medals at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. However, Adam emphasized that any reconciliation must come from a place of genuine improvement and open communication. He expressed concern for his loved ones, including his wife and son, and urged his family to respect his boundaries. Earlier, Adam's family had appealed to him to mend their relationship, with his mother pleading not to be hurt further.
