Despite the excitement surrounding the new cast, including Dominic McLaughlin as Harry Potter, Alastair Stout as Ron Weasley, and Arabella Stanton as Hermione Granger, the production team has been facing an unexpected hurdle: the challenges of filming with child actors. Due to strict child labor laws, the young stars can only spend a limited time on set each day, forcing the crew to adapt to a grueling filming schedule. Cinematographer Adriano Goldman described the experience as 'brutal,' with the team having to prepare for filming while the children are in school and then rushing to capture as many scenes as possible during their short window of availability. This has often required shooting scenes out of order, which can impact the final product. To support the young cast in balancing their acting and academic responsibilities, Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden has set up a temporary school on the studio lot, capable of teaching up to 600 students on busy filming days.
