Pakistan's Armed Forces Unwavering in Support of Kashmiris' Right to Self-Determination

As the world marks the seventh anniversary of India's revocation of Article 370, Pakistan's military leadership has reaffirmed its unwavering support for the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK). The Pakistan Armed Forces, led by Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, Admiral Naveed Ashraf, and Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu, expressed their solidarity with the Kashmiri people, reiterating their commitment to the right to self-determination. This fundamental right, enshrined in international law and UN Security Council resolutions, remains a cornerstone of Pakistan's stance on the Kashmir dispute. The military leadership also voiced grave concerns over the continued occupation of IIOJK by Indian security forces, which has led to widespread human rights abuses, a prolonged military siege, and attempts to alter the region's demographic composition.
