Pima County Sheriff's Department Embroiled in $3.25M Wrongful Detention Scandal

The incident occurred during the investigation into the disappearance of 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie, and Palazuelos claims that the experience has left him feeling traumatized and vulnerable to stalking. Alongside Palazuelos, his relatives Josefina Maddoz and Daniel Maddox have also filed claims, citing damages to property and emotional distress.
