Finlay Jacobs took to his Instagram handle, sharing his unexpected interaction with King Charles' only sister.
He said, "I just went past this house, and this Land Rover pulls up as I'm running by, and this lady gets out. She goes, "Hello", and I was like "Hi."
"I look again, and I'm like, it's Princess Anne, Princess Anne of Scotland; it's like, what the heck."
The influencer claimed that the Princess Royal looked at him and said, "Keep going."
He wanted to take a photo or video with her but did not invade her privacy.
It is understood that Princess Anne and her husband Sir Tim Laurence are still in Balmoral with other royals to enjoy summer break.
