The Favourite Daughter hitmaker told fans, "I first came here in 2024 with a guy I had a crush on," adding that "he's here tonight." The videos from the set surfaced on the internet and social media users flocked to the comments, writing, "the way she said 'and he's here tonight' like it's nothing." They added, "Imagine being Lorde’s old crush and hearing The Louvre live right in front of you." A third chimed in, "They will hang us in the louvre down the back but who cares still in the louvre," quoting the lyrics of the song. Another wrote, "the way she performs the louvre live with this dramatic choreo is top tier...," while one joked, "quick someone get tabs on jack antonoff," referring to their past relationship.
