Pakistan Army Major Sacrifices Life in Brave Operation Against India-Backed Terrorists

In a daring intelligence-based operation, a Pakistan Army major has made the ultimate sacrifice, fighting valiantly against India-backed terrorists in North Waziristan. The operation, which took place in the Razmak area, resulted in the deaths of five terrorists belonging to the Indian proxy group Fitna al-Khawarij. Major Hafiz Ihsan Elahi, a 34-year-old resident of Mianwali, led his troops from the front and fought gallantly, but unfortunately, lost his life during the intense exchange of fire. The operation also yielded a significant amount of weapons and ammunition, which were recovered from the killed terrorists. These terrorists were responsible for numerous attacks on security forces and innocent civilians. In a separate operation, security forces neutralized seven India-backed terrorists, including a suicide bomber, in Balochistan's Nushki district. The operations are part of the ongoing counterterrorism campaign under Azm-e-Istehkam, which aims to combat foreign-sponsored militancy across the country. The surge in terror activities in Pakistan, particularly in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan, has been a major concern since 2021, with the region witnessing a significant increase in violent incidents.
